Development Partnerships and Services

Pacific National Development (“PND”) has developed tax credit apartments in partnership with Kaufman & Broad, Simpson Housing Solutions, The Related Companies of California, Lennar Affordable Communities and others.

Community Housing Partners, LLC (“CHP”) is a Joint Venture Partnership with Pacific National Development and American Pacific Properties, Inc. (“AMPAC”), the development arm of Lennar Affordable Communities, a wholly owned subsidiary of LNR Property Corp.

Public Private Partnerships include the City of Anaheim – Community Development Department; City of Westminster – Community Development; City of San Jose – Community Development; City of West Covina and the County of Orange Housing and Community Development.

PND specializes in property acquisition for and the development of Low Income Housing under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code, Tax Exempt Bond financing and other suitable financing programs.
